Data Analyst – Transaction Consultant
6+ month engagement
Remote  Role  - $75+ / hour pay DoQ

We are looking for a Data Analyst with expertise in transaction-based business ( IPO, SEC, etc. ).  This consultant will have exposure in understanding deal processes so that they can move at quick pace, but fully understands appropriate financial data. These are people that have worked within transaction advisory teams.

  • Looking for 1 – 6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Exposed to project-based work, specifically, IPO/SEC reporting readiness efforts
  • Ideally coming from advisory, delivery, strategic analytics and/or  transaction-based roles
  • NOT looking for an auditor
  • Data &  Analytics, Data Warehouse, data Architecture and structures, reporting exposure
  • Tools such as:
  • Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.
  • Finance background is nice to have ( or exposure to appropriate financial data, reporting, filings, extraction, analysis, etc. )
