We have partnered with our home healthcare client in their search for a Data Analyst.

Responsibilities -

  • Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize advanced Excel tools to perform in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and patterns. Generate high-quality, detailed reports that offer strategic insights for decision-making processes. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of large datasets throughout the analysis.

  • Statistical and Insight Development:

    • Apply robust statistical methods, including correlation and distribution analysis, to interpret complex data. Develop actionable insights from these analyses, translating data findings into recommendations that support organizational goals and strategic planning.

  • Data Presentation and Independent Project Management:

    • Effectively map, present, and communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner, making it accessible and understandable for stakeholders. Manage data-related projects independently, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines with minimal supervision.

Skills Required -

  • Advanced Excel and Data Analysis Expertise:

    • Demonstrated proficiency in advanced Excel analytics tools, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets, create complex reports, and generate actionable insights. A deep understanding of data mapping and presentation techniques is essential.

  • Strong Statistical and Analytical Skills:

    • Solid foundation in statistical concepts such as correlation, distributions, and data summarization. The ability to interpret and apply these methods to real-world data, ensuring high-quality analysis and output.

  • Senior-Level Independence and Attention to Detail:

    • At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. High attention to detail is crucial for generating accurate reports and strategic insights that support organizational objectives.

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelors Degree (Preferably Statistics, Financial Analytics, or Data Science/Computer Science, or related IT field)
  • 5+ yrs of professional experience
