Lucas Group has partnered with an EXCITING, tech company within the retail industry, who has recently expanded their operations in the U.S. They’ve recently partnered with the largest mall operator in the U.S. in providing their technology solutions to retailers. They are looking to bring on a Customer Success Manager to be based out of Las Vegas. As the Customer Success Manager you will focus on building relationships with our customers and creating programs that will help educate them on our products and ultimately lead to customer success. You will strategize and plan out creative activation plans to teach to your customers (retailers). You will be face of the post-sale process in making sure the product is being utilized to its fullest potential!
Some Of What You’ll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of our customers to ensure that their needs are being met and we build an ongoing relationship with them.
- Leading customer success, customer services and post sales.
- Create a set plan that includes brand activation programs, training programs, etc.
- Work with customers and help them build out a powerful customer experience program
- Build a success plan with each account in your portfolio
- Act as key partner to understand business objectives and customer needs
- Ensure that our customers get the most out of their investment by sharing best practices and measuring their ROI as well as your own.
- Find opportunities for our customers to increase engagement of products and create more value throughout their business
- Keep track of success and failures accordingly nurture accounts accordingly
- Discover and analyze gaps in the customer experience that may lead to customer churn, and work to build out programs to help address those causes
