We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who will establish new KPIs for our customer service process and provide continued improvement for our customers. This position is new and will be mentored by a senior executive of our company.
Our company has been growing and meeting our goals every month for over a year and created a 3rd shift. We recently won 2 significant government contracts. We have over 200 employees and will continue to grow.
