We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who will establish new KPIs for our customer service process and provide continued improvement for our customers.  This position is new and will be mentored by a senior executive of our company. 

 

Our company has been growing and meeting our goals every month for over a year and created a 3rd shift.  We recently won 2 significant government contracts.  We have over 200 employees and will continue to grow.

 

Some of your responsibilities will include ensuring:

  • Orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Communicate order status to customers
  • Continuous improvement KPI’s are created, executed, and tracked
  • Inform customers on product updates
  • Working with leadership to establish long/short term goals

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Plus if have TQM, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
  • Plus if have government customers
