We have partnered with our client, located in Lenexa in their search for a Customer Service Administrator & Office Manager on a contract to hire basis.  

Responsibilities

  • Managing the front desk, greeting guests and signing them in
  • Handling all inbound and outbound mailings
  • Handling coordination of large meetings, ordering meals for office lunches, handling preparation for office happy hours
  • Managing office supply levels
  • Assisting sales with requests for quotes
  • Package and sending marketing materials to new hires
  • Primary contact for building issues and working with outside vendors

Skills Required

  • Ability to work independently
  • Good organization skills
  • MS Office experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills

Education & Work Experience

  • 3+ years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager or similar position
