Lucas Group is partnering with a leading provider of supply chain applications for retailers, distributors, and 3PL’s. Our client is looking for a Salesforce power user to maintain and analyze Salesforce data.
Responsibilities
- Configure workflow rules, visual and process builder flows
- Create, maintain views, reports and dashboards
- Manages all new user set-ups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of accounts, contacts, or opportunities for deactivated users
- Analyze, prototype and help drive the adoption of new features
- Maintain updated system documentation and Salesforce policies and procedures
- Performs manual or automated data entry or data clean-up as required
- Support the sales team by developing new opportunities based on previous engagements
- Translate business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce documentation
- Develop and deliver regular reports on leads and existing customers
- Translate business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce configuration and custom development approaches
- Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation, and update tasks relating to CRM instance and other integrated applications.
- Create and modify list views
Requirements
- Expertise in CRM maintenance and analysis
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of Salesforce Platform capabilities and architecture
- Experience with Salesforce.com
