Lucas Group is partnering with a leading provider of supply chain applications for retailers, distributors, and 3PL’s. Our client is looking for a Salesforce power user to maintain and analyze Salesforce data.

Responsibilities

  • Configure workflow rules, visual and process builder flows
  • Create, maintain views, reports and dashboards
  • Manages all new user set-ups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of accounts, contacts, or opportunities for deactivated users
  • Analyze, prototype and help drive the adoption of new features
  • Maintain updated system documentation and Salesforce policies and procedures
  • Performs manual or automated data entry or data clean-up as required
  • Support the sales team by developing new opportunities based on previous engagements
  • Translate business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce documentation
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on leads and existing customers
  • Translate business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce configuration and custom development approaches
  • Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation, and update tasks relating to CRM instance and other integrated applications.
  • Create and modify list views

Requirements

  • Expertise in CRM maintenance and analysis
  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Understanding of Salesforce Platform capabilities and architecture
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
