Lucas Group is partnering with a West Midtown client to add a CRM Admin to play a pivotal part supporting their sales team and optimizing CRM usage and processes.
You will be working in a fast-paced, international environment and be responsible for CRM administration and new initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience with CRM in a similar role.
- Proven track record of creating systems, implementing new sales methods, supporting a sales staff, analyzing problems and formulating solutions
- Extended experience in CRM customization, dashboards. Additional experience with Google Drive, DocuSign, Quickbooks is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Implement new sales methods using SugarCRM
- Design and execute campaigns
- Linking Google and Facebook to SugarCRM
- Daily changes and improvements as needed
- Analyze and possibly change the use of modules in SugarCRM
- Create reports to help analyze the sales
- Improve the procedures for using DocuSign
- Create and change dashboards
- Teach new employees how to use SugarCRM, Outlook, DocuSign
- Some maintenance and troubleshooting for network, workstations, e-mail, company software, virus protection, firewall etc.
