Lucas Group is partnering with a West Midtown client to add a CRM Admin to play a pivotal part supporting their sales team and optimizing CRM usage and processes.

You will be working in a fast-paced, international environment and be responsible for CRM administration and new initiatives.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years experience with CRM in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of creating systems, implementing new sales methods, supporting a sales staff, analyzing problems and formulating solutions
  • Extended experience in CRM customization, dashboards. Additional experience with Google Drive, DocuSign, Quickbooks is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Implement new sales methods using SugarCRM
  • Design and execute campaigns
  • Linking Google and Facebook to SugarCRM
  • Daily changes and improvements as needed
  • Analyze and possibly change the use of modules in SugarCRM
  • Create reports to help analyze the sales
  • Improve the procedures for using DocuSign
  • Create and change dashboards
  • Teach new employees how to use SugarCRM, Outlook, DocuSign
  • Some maintenance and troubleshooting for network, workstations, e-mail, company software, virus protection, firewall etc.
