Lucas Group is engaged in a search for a Foreclosure Attorney who will provide oversight and management of high volume statewide foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. Candidate will supervise and be responsible for foreclosure and bankruptcy file management and will act as a liaison between clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and others. Exceptional leadership team, healthy work culture and true advancement track. Must be barred in GA, TN, FL or TX. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in creditor's side foreclosures and bankruptcies.
