Hospitality Finance Company seeks an experienced closing/funding paralegal for their team in Atlanta, GA. Must have commercial real estate closing/funding skills and be able to keep track of funding process.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of closing documents including equipment loans and security agreements, and other ancillary documents
- Coordinate closing with outside counsel
- Maintain budget tracking disbursement spreadsheet
