Country President/CEO (Closed)

Lucas Group is partnering with a successful oil and gas services company to identify the Country Controller to oversee daily business operations in their SW Houston location. This highly visible position comes with a great deal of responsibility and will report to the President of the company.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who seek a challenging role in a successful, global service company. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with ability to motivate and create teams. Drilling services industry knowledge is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Analyze accounting and financial data
• Develop and implement strategies
• Evaluate performance and productivity
• Promote sales and business development
• Global communication

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance; Master’s a plus
• Good understanding of financials, P&L and cash flow
• Oilfield service managerial experience
• Supervisory experience in operational role with drilling technology industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ambition to succeed
