Lucas Group has partnered with a successful Houston manufacturing company to identify a Cost Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an incredible organization with a very strong leadership team that fosters success in a performance-based environment. Reporting directly to the Controller, this is a high profile role that interacts heavily with Operations and other facets of the business. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing (or manufacturing) environment, be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be able take the initiative to identify and resolve issues.
