Title:  Corporate Senior HR Manager

Location:  Houston, TX

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading steel pipe company on their search for a Corporate Sr. HR Manager. This role will support leaders and their teams at the corporate level. This role is ideal for someone who can come in, make the function their own and grow into the organization. This is an individual contributor role.
General Responsibilities:

• Work with senior leaders and the C-Suite on HR policies, strategies and best practices
• Help support talent acquisition, total rewards, and other HR functions
• Drive a high performing culture
• Create and implement new ideas and solutions to improve the overall function
• Manage a budget
• Forecast future budget needs
• Be able to drive and analyze metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years' experience
• Understanding of Labor Relations a plus
• Team player mentality
• Adaptable
• Solution focused
• Strategic mindset and able to work autonomously
