Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a technology firm in their search for Corporate Recruiter. This is a highly visible role that reports to the Director of HR and partners with senior leadership. Responsibilities:

• Full life-cycle recruitment and management of the talent acquisition process.
• Phone screens, candidate assessments, status updates, interview feedback sessions, offer extension, and onboarding.
• Educate hiring managers on the recruitment process, set expectations, and advise and influence managers
• Manage active candidates throughout the recruitment process through effective communication to ensure a positive candidate experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition – agency and/or corporate will be considered
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Strong business acumen and consultative skills
