Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with an industry leader on a Corporate Recruiter role. This person will be responsible for all exempt level recruiting for the Dallas location. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with a true "go-getter" attitude.
Required Experience:

• Experience recruiting exempt level construction, engineering, architectural, and project leaders
• Must have an extreme attention to detail and organizational processes
• 5+ years in a combination of agency and corporate recruiting
• Bachelor’s degree with verifiable GPA of 3.2+
