Title: Corporate Recruiter
Location: McLean, VA
Lucas Group has partnered with one of the nation’s largest eDiscovery providers on their search for a Corporate Recruiter. This is a highly visible role that will have exposure to all levels of management and will partner with the business on the execution of corporate hiring initiatives. The Corporate recruiter will also partner with the HRIS and HR Business Partners to ensure that all procedures and policies are proficient and compliant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the process for full-cycle recruiting efforts by partnering with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview candidates, coordinate interview schedules, verify references, create offer letters and coordinate onboarding processes.
- Builds applicant pipeline by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites.
- Collaborates with the HRIS team to oversee maintenance of Taleo ATS system, accounting for changes in regulations, geographic expansions, and shifting business needs.
- Accurately performs processes related to background checks, EVerify, and timely completion of onboarding documents.
- Oversees outside recruiting agencies Affirmative Action tracking.
- Prepares and delivers training to hiring managers related to best practices
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years minimum recruiting experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Taleo
