In House Corporate Paralegal. World Trade Center area.

Ideal candidate will have 10 + years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a mid or large sized law firm.

We have an immediate need for a senior level corporate paralegal to second full time to our client’s office in New York City. This project will last for 3-4+ months; there is a possibility the work may go longer or become salaried for the right person.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience with the following:

• Corporate maintenance tasks such as updating Boards, maintaining minute books and preparing resolutions for multiple companies;
• Supporting very senior-level people within large global organizations, familiarity working directly with General Counsel;
• Fast-paced, high-pressure in-house and/or large law firm environments; and
• Navigating demanding roles, tasks and schedules.

Candidates that are strong self-starters, with excellent communication and organizational abilities are a plus.

Candidates that can start ASAP needed. This role is fully on site at our client’s office in Lower Manhattan.
