Corporate Paralegal (Midtown / Grand Central area)
Established seeking a corporate paralegal on a temp to hire or direct-hire basis.
Exciting opportunity in the raw materials (energy, minerals) commodities industry!
Serve as right hand to in-house Counsel. Position allows for focus on higher- level corporate duties, as the legal team has an administrative staff.
Duties will include: Contract review and negotiation, UCC filings, KYC compliance, and general corporate work (minute books, registered agent duties).
