MANDARIN - SPEAKING CORPORATE PARALEGAL - INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS
Mid- regional NY law firm seeking to hire a Corporate Paralegal who is bilingual English/ Mandarin for immediate opportunity.
Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience supporting attorneys in corporate transactions.
Duties will include supporting attorneys with domestic and international clients, including Chinese corporations. Mandarin language ability will be critical in facilitating communication and translations for these clients.
Practice areas include: corporate and securities law, securities regulation, public and private offerings, M&A, and general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Position is temp to hire. Firm will consider direct-hire candidates in the right circumstances. Base salary 60-70K DOE upon hire.
