Corporate Paralegal
Corporate generalist paralegal who is tech savvy and ambitious sought for growing, savvy consumer product and beverage company. Corporate offices are located in Midtown (Penn station area).
Exciting opportunity to help build a growing legal team and work directly with the General Counsel on all legal matters.
Emphasis on corporate contracts, IP and corporate governance / board minutes and presentations. Ideal to have some experience in compliance and regulatory matters (i.e. FDA).
Qualified candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience and a B.A. Degree. Paralegal Certificate a plus.
