Corporate Paralegal (Parsippany)
Healthcare company seeking a corporate paralegal to be a resource to assist Chief Legal Counsel and work with Commercial Finance team.
Qualifications:
- B.A. required and Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Must have an in depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and government contract requirements (specifically, selling to the government)
Duties:
- Responsible for entire life cycle of contract administration for commercial and federal contracts.
- Drafts and reviews the company's legal commercial contracts; Amends existing contracts in regards to legal T&Cs.
- Assist the GC with general corporate entity maintenance foreign and domestic subsidiary filings.
