Atlanta office of Am Law 100 firm is seeking to add a Partner-level lateral with extensive M&A experience. Ideally a junior Partner (or potentially a senior associate) with the ability to independently manage sophisticated M&A transactions. No book of business is required; however, a deal sheet demonstrating deep M&A experience will be necessary. Top law schools and a stable work history that includes time spent practicing with another Am Law 200 firm is highly preferred.
