Lucas Group is seeking a corporate paralegal to assist with all corporate formation, governance, and maintenance functions (knowledge of EDGAR), as well as drafting corporate resolutions, managing elections of officers, and all disclosures and SEC filings. This role will also grow into participating in more M&A deals further down the road, so experience in this area or at least a strong interest in it would be preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, either in-house or at a large firm. Salary commensurate with experience.
