Corporate Legal Services Manager (Louisville)
Our client is a global law firm seeking a legal operations manager to be based out of its Louisville KY office.
Description
The role (JD REQUIRED) will support the corporate practice on a global basis. The successful candidate will work with the attorneys responsible for individual matters, legal project managers, and the recruitment team. Among other practices, the corporate group includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets, venture capital, fund formation, SEC reporting and compliance, general corporate and corporate governance.
Responsibilities include the day-to-day supervision of all attorneys, technologists and other Legal Services staff, allocating each job and work project, overseeing quality and acting as a legal escalation point for any issues that arise on any matter.
The successful candidate will also work with a technology consulting firm to develop a plan for hiring technologists, thinking about ways to integrate technology solutions into the provision of Legal Services Center staff (and corporate services generally) and developing a plan to implement this.
