Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading consumer products company on their search for their Corporate HR Director. S/he is the business partner to the entire corporate office of nearly 300 employees. S/he supports current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Lead administration, assessment and strategic planning for organization annual review process. Leads learning and development for the company and fringe benefits.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting corporate functions as a business partner
• 7-10+ years progressive HR experience with an emphasis on employee engagement
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
