Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading professional services firm on their search for a Corporate HR Business Partner located in Denver, Co. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to serve as a top HR leader in this quickly growing organization! This HRBP will be responsible for providing “hands-on” HR support, guidance and advice on a variety of functions from Talent Acquisition to Employee Relations to Training and Development and much more for over 300 employees. Additionally, this individual will partner closely with the Sr. HR Director and other key leaders to recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and drive HR initiatives and programs
• Develop talent management programs and initiative
• Participate in the investigation and resolution of ongoing/new employee relations issues
• Effectively administer programs in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Develop a culture that fosters autonomy, work quality and productivity, and personal goal attainment for each employee
• Additional strategic projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ year’s progressive HR experience
• Experienced in daily HR support to a diverse client group
• Experience in change management
• Experience partnering with Sr. leaders on business decisions.
