CORPORATE COUNSEL: COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS (Bergen County, New Jersey): to $150k
- Assist General Counsel in reviewing, amending, and finalizing agreements and other documents with clients
- Experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements including supply, private label, lease, service, warranty, and confidentiality agreements is expected
- Update agreement templates, and ensure updated templates are made available internally and to external clients
- Provide M&A and litigation support as may be required
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents
- Assist with the development and maintenance of corporate policies, procedures and general compliance matters
- Provide outside counsel management and oversight as may be required
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the General Counsel
- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
- South American deal experience a plus
