Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller will be responsible for accounting, analysis, and financial reporting. This organization has multiple operating companies. You will be tasked with:
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external auditors, leadership team members, and PE partners
- Leadership of a team
- Financial planning & analysis
- Business development
- Project management
Key competencies include:
- CPA
- Public accounting and Private Equity reporting experience strongly preferred
- Experience as a Controller of a similarly sized organization ($250MM in revenue and rapidly growing)
- Systems implementation experience
- Asset integration
