Immediate opportunity to join an established legal department on an hourly/ contracted basis.
Position primarily consists of (1) M&A support and (2) Finance/ credit agreement review and negotiation.
The temporary attorney will:
- Provide legal services to support acquisitions, including purchase agreement review / negotiation, participation in the due diligence review process, preparation of memoranda outlining legal risks, and preparation and review of documents required for signing and closing.
- Provide legal support for Treasury transactions -- review and negotiation of credit agreements and related documentation for utility financing
- Draft, review and negotiate general commercial contracts
- Report directly to the General Counsel
- Hourly rate of pay 60-65/hr DOE
