Reputable boutique firm is seeking a corporate transactions attorney with 2+ years of corporate transactions experience to support a diversified client base. Great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring and reorganization matters.
Responsibilities:
Support firm partners in a variety of business and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, contracts, and restructuring and reorganization
Conduct due diligence, negotiation, and document drafting
Perform factual and legal research in databases such as Lexis Nexis and Westlaw
Requirements:
2+ years of experience with corporate transactions and/or bankruptcy restructuring or reorganization with a reputable law firm
Admitted to the State Bar of Texas, must be in good standing
Strong academic credentials
Strong communication and writing skills
