Job Description:
Our client, a Corporate & Securities boutique law firm in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is searching for a Corporate Associate with experience in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ M&A and transactional experience
- Substantial experience in M&A transactions and corporate finance transactions
- Have a working knowledge of federal and state securities laws, secured transactions, general corporate governance, and entity formation and structure
- Familiarity with M&A and transactional work for insurance agencies and insurance carriers preferred but not required
- Excellent drafting skills
- Top academic credentials
Open to full time remote work with periodic travel to Central Pennsylvania.
