Our client, a Chicago based law firm with a national presence and practice, is seeking to add a corporate associate to its team. This position will primarily support one partner who has a diverse practice, which includes representing many local food and beverage establishments. Ideal candidates will be familiar with M&A, business formation, corporate governance and general commercial matters including drafting and negotiation commercial agreements. Ideal candidates will have strong writing and drafting skills, be open to immediate client contact and embrace an entrepreneurial spirit and take advantage of the firm's support for them to grow their own business over time.
