Lucas group is teaming up with a well-developed, multi-office law firm in the Southeast region to find a corporate associate attorney to work in their Atlanta office. This position requires a minimum of 2-7 years’ experience with M&A transactions. Exposure to general commercial, tax, lending and real estate transactions a plus. Candidate should be licensed in Georgia and have strong academic credentials as well as developed research, writing, organizational and analytical abilities.
