Job Description

Our client, a well-respected law firm in the Washington DC area, is seeking a Financial Services Paralegal to assist attorneys and clients with business transactions, capital raising, and governance documentation. Duties include preparing organizational documents, assisting with closings, drafting resolutions and other closing documents, making securities, tax, and other regulatory filings, performing legal research, and maintaining a document database.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of four years of experience with business transactions, financial services, and corporate governance
• College degree and/or paralegal certificate is required
• Must be detail-oriented, pro-active, and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills
