CORE JAVA / .NET DEVELOPER
Our client is seeking an experienced Core Java / .NET Developer to guide our current development team in modernizing legacy apps while also building innovative applications for the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality delivery of scalable applications and microservices. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications and APIs.
  • Drive the transition of legacy systems to modern architectures, including microservices.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and deployment best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.


Requirements:

  • Strong Full stack Development experience, leaning heavily on Back-end services. (Node, Java, .NET)
  • Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and design principles.
  • Experience with GIT or other version-control systems.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services preferred
  • Experience with Harness pipeline.
  • Familiarity with any assist tools.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration.
  • Knowledge of deployment and caching strategies.
  • Experience with Marigold or other Loyalty solutions nice to have
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
