We have partnered with our client in Tampa, FL on their search for a Controller. This is a full-time, contract to hire position that will convert into a permanent position after 3 months. This position is 100% in-office.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly/ weekly reporting
  • Managing two direct reports (Accounting Manager and A/P Supervisor)
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Assist with M&A transactions.
  • Responsible for all accounting functions
  • Data analysis and data extraction

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a manager-level or higher accounting role at a small to midsize company - required.
  • Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
  • Heavy Excel and data extraction and analysis experience required. 
  • ERP conversion experience preferred.
  • PE firm owned company or experience with M&A transaction preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
