Controller (Closed)

Controller:  up to $140,000 with 20-25% Target Bonus

Compensation: up to $140,000 K
This position will entertain a competitive range of compensation including base salary and competitive benefits.

Experience Requirements:

• BBA – Accounting required; CPA will receive preferential treatment 
• 8+ years professional accounting experience including; full cycle accounting, oversight of monthly/quarterly/year end close/reporting.
• Must have firm understanding of WIP and POC accounting.
• Ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, orking in a structured and unstructured environment, and be analytical, organized, detail/deadline oriented individuals with the ability to see the end product.

Some responsibilities include…

• Financial Reporting/Analysis.
• Monthly, quarterly-year-end close activities.
• Project Job Costing/POC/WIP Reporting.
• Accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable.
• Inventory/Fixed Assets, financial planning, budgeting.
• Work on special projects and ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
