Compensation: Pays up to $120 plus bonus

Some responsibilities include…
- Monthly reports, intercompany & operational analysis, job cost.
- Operational analysis, special projects as needed.
- Close books for 20 entities.
- Interface with project managers out in field.
- Heavy cash management requirements including approving wires.
- Dotted line supervision of AP clerk.
Experience Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA preferred.
- Public accounting experience preferred, Big 4 huge plus.
- 8-10+ years of real estate accounting and construction experience.
- Understand development and construction accounting.
