We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join a close-knit and high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting contract lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and related documents
- Maintain contract records and documentation in Salesforce
- Track contract milestones, renewals, and expirations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and alignment with company policies
- Support reporting and data entry tasks as needed
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Contracts Administrative Experience (non-senior level)
- Salesforce proficiency – daily use for contract tracking and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player
- Commitment to completing the full contract term
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with SharePoint for document management
- Familiarity with Excel
