Contract Trial Support Specialist (DC) 

Lucas Group is recruiting for a contract Trial Support Specialist for a long-term assignment with its law firm client in Washington, DC.  A unique opportunity to  directly support teams in virtual trials.   

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with trial technology and software – launching, troubleshooting, and directing use in preparation for and through trial 
• Provider support and training to the trial team on technology 
• Problem-solve and troubleshoot tech issues independently and with technology vendors and team as required 
• Assist with ediscovery tasks in between trials 

Requirements: 

• Three years of relevant experience 
• Strong technical acumen – Microsoft suite, Trial technologies, and Relativity 
• Experience providing trial support from a technical perspective 
• Ability to think on feet and problem-solve 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize 
• Strong Communication skills 
• Willingness to work on-site with team
