About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented Contract Technical Recruiter to join our team and help deliver world class search technologies. The right candidate will assist in managing the entire talent acquisition process in partnership with Hiring Managers, recruitment and executive team.

 

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Attract, source (active and passive candidates), recruit and place top tier talent of technical professionals (in conjunction with hiring team); recruiting efforts to include outbound recruiting, inbound candidate generation, employee referrals, networking to source and acquire top talent
  • Utilize phone, internet, email, and applicant tracking system (Newton) to source talent and present career opportunities to qualified candidates
  • Qualify candidates by reviewing resumes, leveraging innovative screening tools, conducting telephone screens and hosting in-person interviews
  • Establish / maintain ongoing and new relationships with active and passive candidates
  • Keep HR, Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders abreast on job status while following recruitment process
  • Work with HR and Hiring Managers to create job descriptions and skills/competencies to attract best talent
  • Work in a fast-paced team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth targets
  • Understand technology and to stay abreast of technology trends (continuously improve on technical recruiting trends and educate HR team, hiring managers and other stakeholders)
  • Partner with HR team and other stakeholders to co-create offer letters, manage online career portal and on-board employees

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Human Resources, Psychology or business-related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of focused full-cycle recruiting experience for hiring talent specifically within a high-growth technology company with a strong focus on software engineering and delivery
  • Experience working within an HR team and with multiple hiring managers to develop a compelling branding message for candidates, recruitment strategies, creatively sourcing, identifying and hiring top technical talent
  • Strong knowledge of software development terminology and processes, programming languages, database technologies, cloud technologies and software development
  • Documented track record for achieving targeted recruiting objectives
  • Manage multiple tasks through time management, organizational skills and being receptive to embrace changes
  • Strong verbal and communication skills, influencing, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills (for candidates and hiring managers)
  • High level of comfort with technology and a desire for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with having hired talent with experience in Linux Systems, JavaScript, HTML, CSS3, HTML5, Python, .NET, C/C++/C#, Java, Hadoop, Cassandra, Kafka, and Elastic Search, virtualization experience with VMware or KVM
