Contract Recruiter (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a global publicly traded client on a remote based search for a Contract Recruiter. This is a full cycle recruitment opportunity providing the opportunity for this person to further shape best practices and the talent acquisition brand for this organization. The contract is estimated to run approximately 3 months.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruitment for positions ranging from hourly level associates to corporate professionals and more
• Manage ATS and job postings
• Proactive sourcing including identifying niche talent pools for hard to fill positions

Skills Needed:

• 4 or more years of recruitment experience
• Knowledge of different ATS systems
• Availability to start within the next 1-2 weeks

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Work Experience: 4+ years of talent acquisition experience
