Role Overview:
Lucas Group has partnered with a leading non-profit organization on their search for a Recruiter located in New York, NY. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent by sourcing, qualifying, pre-screening and presenting candidates to the management team while mentoring new hires and setting them up for success.
Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop job descriptions to attract top talent
- Develop and maintain candidate pipeline
- Innovative and Open Minded
- Excited about their role as a recruiter; Intense energy and a sense of urgency
- Ability to network effectively and efficiently
- Additional projects as necessary
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years recruiting experience
- Remote recruiting experience
- Executive Recruiting Experience
- Non-profit experience would be considered an asset
- Highly organized and detail focused
- Strong social media networking and Microsoft Office skills
