Role Overview: Our esteemed client is one of the most respected and iconic names in the exclusively to-the-trade, luxury home furnishings, textiles and accessories market. Their company has dedicated over three decades to working with the very best in the design world to create and market truly unique and exquisite products. They are searching for a strategic and tactical Contract Recruiter with experience in:

• Candidate identification and pipelining
• Conducting phone and in person interviews
• Working with hiring managers to understand and intake searches
• Managing the candidate process from intake to onboarding and start
• Working with Applicant Tracking systems

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional
• Experience recruiting for Professional Sales Executives
• Polished and professional appearance
• Able to handle large requisition load
• Good energy and a team player

*Contract duration will be 2-3 months depending on client need. First week on site, afterwards working remotely to deliver results. Sales position is a difficult role and will need a specific type of individual to recruit.
