Contract Recruiter (Closed)

Lucas Group is partnering with an Event Company in Harbor City, CA  to identify a Contract Recruiter. This is a contract assignment, expected to last 3 months. The right candidate will have a background in high volume sourcing.

Responsibilities:

• High volume sourcing and  recruiting for nonempty roles in the  Bay Area
• Performing recruiting calls to qualify candidates for various opportunities
• Sourcing resumes through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, name generation lists, internal website, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience working in a high volume / fast paced environment
• Prior Openhire or UltiPro Recruiter preferred
• Self-starter, well organized, excellent communicator and team player
