Title:  Contract Recruiter

Location:  Dallas, TX

Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with an industry leading client in the Dallas are on their search for a Contract Recruiter. This role involves full cycle recruitment and fulfillment of the assigned requisitions.

• Collaborate with department/hiring managers to define hiring criteria with the associated job descriptions.
• Source passive candidates and screen applicants and present the opportunity in a compelling way.
• Manage the scheduling throughout interview process with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the offer and post offer processes, and assist with onboarding as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years passive candidate sourcing and recruiting experience
• Ability to work onsite 40 hours per week
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Flexible, and adaptable to changing environment
