CONTRACT REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY- Washington, DC
We are looking for Real Estate Contract Attorneys with 4+ years of experience for anticipated assignments onsite with Clients.
DUTIES:
- Supporting Real Estate Practice in broad range of commercial real estate transactions
- Drafting and negotiation of contracts of sale, joint venture documents and financing documents (typically borrower side)
- Experience drafting and negotiating leases – office retail, multi-floor and ground leases
- Experience working with land use instruments
- Assist with transactions including financing, development, restructuring, acquisitions and sales
QUALIFICATIONS
- JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Admission to at least one State Bar and in good standing
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and achieve solutions under deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills and strong client service orientation
- Mid-Size to Large law firm experience a Plus
