We have partnered with our client in their search for a Contract Lifecycle Project Manager, specializing in DocuSign implementations. This critical role plays a pivotal part in streamlining their contract lifecycle management processes. As the Contract Lifecycle Project Manager with DocuSign expertise, you will lead the implementation of DocuSign within the organization, ensuring efficient and secure electronic signature workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead DocuSign implementation projects from initiation to completion, including planning, configuration, user training, and go-live support.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across departments to understand their contract management needs and tailor DocuSign workflows accordingly.
  • Configure DocuSign settings, templates, security measures, and user access controls.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate users on DocuSign functionality and best practices.
  • Integrate DocuSign with existing enterprise systems for a seamless user experience.
  • Monitor system performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to track key metrics and ensure successful adoption of DocuSign.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest DocuSign features and best practices through ongoing learning and participation in the DocuSign user community.
Required Skills & Expertise:
  • Proven experience managing complex project lifecycles from start to finish.
  • In-depth knowledge of DocuSign, including its eSignature capabilities, workflows, and various modules (e.g., CLM, Insight, Analyzer).
  • Familiarity with DocuSign APIs and experience with custom integrations (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Education & Experience:
  • Subject Matter Expert with DocuSign, leading implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and user training.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience successfully leading DocuSign implementation projects.
  • Prior experience handling complex contract management system implementations (highly desirable).
Additional Skills:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or another recognized project management certification (a plus).
  • Experience with other contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Conga Sign, Adobe Sign) (a plus).
  • Strong understanding of contract management best practices.
