Role Overview and Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Reports:
   1. Safety
   2. Mailroom
   3. Relocation report for Accounts payable
   4. Terminations, Active EE’s & Contractors for IS
   5. Active EE’s & Contractors for Facilities
   6. New Hire report for the State of Texas 2x/month
   7. Active EE’s & Contractors for Receptionist as needed
   8. Active EE list for Accounting as needed
   9. Exit Interview Report
   10. New Supervisor Report
2. Ad Hoc Cognos Reporting
3. Maintain Contractor Database
4. Relocations (Initiating & entering into the Relocation database)
   1. Lump Sum
   2. Exempt
   3. Non-Exempt
   4. Update EAR Report
5. Updates to forms and documents on SharePoint & the N: drive including:
   1. PAR Form
   2. Education Reimbursement Form
   3. New Hire Packet & Supplements
   4. New Hire Form (Checklist)
   5. Pre-Employment Packet & Supplements
   6. Contractor Request Form – Corporate Office
   7. UltiPro forms
   8. UltiPro contacts page
6. SharePoint updates to the “HR Policies & Procedures” links
7. Labor Law postings/Bulletin Boards
8. Everbridge emergency notifications
9. Review Errors from HRIS load.
10. HRIS Updates - Assigning Roles in UltiPro

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ulti-Pro Experience is Required, Work day experience a plus
• Sharepoint experience preferred
• Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
