Contract Counsel
Our client, a leading provider of revenue cycle services for hospitals, health systems, and physician groups, is seeking part-time counsel for temporary remote work. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience handling business agreements, including vendor agreements and RFPs. Additional experience with commercial transactions for healthcare services is beneficial. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills.
