CONTRACT CORPORATE ATTORNEY- Baltimore
Our clients are looking for corporate attorney talent to support them on a contract basis to assist with a variety of matters. This contract role is a great opportunity to perform sophisticated work with highly reputable clients in a less traditional way.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with corporate legal team to consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, financial/securities offerings, transactions, commercial agreements, etc.)
- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
- Draft and administer contracts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of relevant corporate experience with a law firm or in-house legal department
- Strong credentials and experience working with a mid-size to large law firm a plus
- JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and achieve solutions under deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills and strong client service orientation
